  • Reward recipients: Second grade undergraduate students of NTU.
  • Award amount: Approximately 10 thousand NTU each academic year.
  • Application constraint:

Both academic average score and conduct evaluation from the previous academic year are higher than 80 and have no record of disciplinary record. Students in straitened circumstances take precedence.

  • Document submissions:

An academic application form (please refer to NTU Student Assistance Division for document download), a report card, a conduct evaluation record, a household registration transcript, an impoverished certificate, and an affidavit (the attached file).

  • Application option:

Document submission including application form, application materials, and the affidavit should be handed in to the Assistant Room before noon, 10/20.

  • Reward recipients:

Third grade undergraduate students of NTU with one's family in straitened circumstances or have encountered distressing and unforeseen events. GPA of the previous academic year should reach or pass 3.38 without any failed subjects or punishment records.

  • Award amount:

40 thousand NTD for each recipient, each academic year. Recipients could receive the scholarship successively when moving onto the fourth grade and no need to reapply (excluding circumstances such as drop out or being suspended from school). 

  • Document submissions:
  1. An academic application form (please refer to NTU Student Assistance Division for document download.) 
  2. The reserved copy of the previous academic year report card and punishment record.
  3. A reserved copy of the household registration transcript or a printed copy of the household certificate.
  4. The government certificate of low-/low and middle-income residents (possessor could ignore (5)).
  5. The whole-family income list of the previous year from the National Taxation Bureau (must submit this if you don’t possess (4)).
  • Application option:

Document submission including application form and application materials should be handed in to the Assistant Room before noon, 10/17.

  • Application qualification:

First-year local PhD students of the 111 academic year (including those who enrolled beforehand in Feb. 2022 and will enroll in Sep. 2022), who are qualified into departments or programs including Electrical Engineering, Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Engineering and fields related to Sustainable Development. Unenrolled students in the 111 academic year would be unqualified.

Recipients would be unqualified and won’t be reinstated if involve in any following conditions:

Those who drop out, switch majors, are suspended from school or employed by public/private authorities won’t receive the scholarship from next month.

Those who forge, alter, or submit false documents won’t receive the scholarship from next month and the previous received scholarship should be returned.

Recipients cannot receive the following scholarship or grants in the same time:

  • Application qualification

First-year PhD students of the 111 academic year (including those who enrolled beforehand in Feb. 2022 and will enroll in Sep. 2022) would be unqualified for this scholarship under any of the following condition:

 

  1. Registered the examination with paid positions
  2. Enrolled with student identity from Hong Kong, Macao, and Mainland China
  3. Drop out, admission qualification retained, or registration incomplete in the admitted academic year 
  4. International students receiving other Taiwan Scholarships

 

 

  • Application Option:

Documents for submission please refer to the Office of Academic Affairs, and the application form could be downloaded through the attached file. Please submit all the application documents to the Assistant Room before noon, 6/28.
